Warranties
All our Computer Systems includes Keyboard and Scroll Optical Mouse & Stereo Speakers. Systems, specs and parts subject to change without notice. LACLE TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to terminate these systems at any time.
One Year Depot Warranty covers the system unit only(i.e. all hardware components inside the computer case). Mouse, keyboard and any speakers are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties, which may be longer or shorter in duration. Software Tech Support is not part of the warranty!
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not authorized by our service department.
If customer discovers any defects, we will repair the product at no charge. If we are unable to restore your product to good working order after a reasonable number of attempts, we will - at its option, replace the customer product. If your product has been special ordered for you, and is defective, we will send the product to the manufacturer for replacement or repairs. We cannot exchange "special ordered" items over the counter, if it's not a product we carry in the store on a regular basis.
Products are not warranted as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit or utility. You are responsible for making sure you purchase the correct product for your needs.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The majority of products we sell come with a 30 days limited warranty, that starts from the day of purchase. All Non-defective and un-opened returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Refund amounts are based on the currently listed price of the item on our website and in our store whichever is lower. Sorry, we cannot offer any form of price protection. All returns for credit must be like - new condition in original package.
To obtain service under this warranty, customers are required to take the product to our depot for inspection with your original bill of sale bearing the appropriate Serial Number.
You may be charged a fee if your problem is found to result from the use of third party products.
Typographical Errors.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product photo information received from our suppliers, Lacle Technologies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Bundles Items
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted if needed.

All prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVELY AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LACLE TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTS OF MERCHANTS ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
